Upstream Arts will expand its capacity and expertise to work with the diversity of individuals that have disabilities. Increased capacity and expertise will be measured by tracking hours of training that teaching artists receive, evaluations following teaching artist trainings, and rigorous program evaluations conducted with program partners and participants. 2: Upstream Arts will increase its efficiency in carrying out programs for people with disabilities. Increased efficiency will be measured by tracking staff time, in particular hours saved by the Associate Director, Operations Manager, and Administrative Assistant; and through evaluation of new technological infrastructures.
