ACHF Arts Access
TigerLion Arts will evaluate and improve its staffing and governance systems, to make TLA's desired growth more sustainable. Improvement in TLA's ability to allocate artistic, administrative and governance tasks appropriately, measured by successful creation of new staffing budget, on-boarding of new team members, and ability to complete all planned projects. 2: TigerLion will create more financially sustainable models for productions and find ways to share our work, including a new show, with wider audiences. Success will be evaluated by: completed assessment of past show financials; creation of cost-effective ways to share our work with larger audiences, including licensing, script publication and training others in our method; and creation of new show.
Models developed for production logistics, audiences, & finances for Nature & BP. New plans strengthened logistics, launched E-Store & database. As grant period neared closure, TLA's Board asked and answered key questions: 1) did leadership pivot strategically; 2) were actions accountable to constituencies; 3) was enhanced/new information applied in developing new productions/partnerships. 2: Pivoted to albums & videos, not performances Rescheduled Nature 2021 & BP 2022 Licensed Nature Launched E-Shop Developing 2 new productions. Models built to inform contracts Nature licensing set BP outreach on HHDL's 86th birthday Training new companies in walking-play method All products available via E-Store 2 new shows to benefit from internal improvements, modeling, E-Store.
