In 2020, we will add Artist Services to our rentals so that all artists and performers can engage with new and diverse audiences. We will track and compare the success of our artist partnerships by comparing ticket sales and revenue to the artist to the previous year. 2: We will offer a multi-revenue business model including straight rentals and artist partnerships. We will track and compare various programs via - revenue streams - total ticket sales - type of bookings - new patrons - web/social media metrics and interest in events at The Southern.
