Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Artists making experimental performance will gain a deeper understanding of their own creative processes and connect with new audiences. We will evaluate by measuring number and scope of artistic development opportunities provided; box office statistics; written participant evaluations reflecting on artistic development and audience connections; and post-show audience surveys. 2: Red Eye will increase its organizational stability and efficiency in carrying out its artistic programs. We will evaluate by tracking individual donations, including numbers of new and returning lapsed donors; grants from both new and returning funders; and hours spent on different aspects of the organization's work.
