Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

The O'Shaughnessy will increase opportunities and support for diverse Minnesota and touring artists within our programs, with emphasis on women artists. Staff will track shows with MN, touring and women artists to gather stats on artist gender and demographics; quality of opportunities and efficacy of support will be measured with artist and company feedback gathered in person and by phone/email.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Arts organizations effectively manage and strategically apply resources to maximize impact for Minnesotans. Rental packages were revised to enhance venue accessibility. Artist interviews were conducted to gain understanding of future needs, job descriptions were reviewed and revised to reflect new outreach and inclusive service model.
