Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Maintain organizational integrity by planning and executing budgets that end in surplus four out of five years. Past three years have had surpluses. By record of the annual results of our profit and losses in each year, and by progress made toward having total assets that surpass 25% of the next year's expense budget. This goal was realized in FYE 9/2019. 2: Increase the number of festival attendees who represent underserved populations. By visual count of attendees and by usage of discount codes for attendee tickets.

Measurable Outcome(s)

We created fiscal strategies that maintained positive balances in a pandemic. Quickbooks Online reports.
