More individuals will pay admission or fees. Vendini and Paysimple (tuition and ticketing system) will be used to measure this increased participation outcome. If the arts experiences aren't relevant or accessible, fewer will participate.

More individuals will pay admission or fees. Due to COVID restrictions, this outcome was not achieved. The good news is that the subsidized rental program started up again serving artists and small arts organizations.
