Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Artists will work with officials, partners and residents on neighborhood improvement and policy initiatives. Maximize potential of JXTA campus in the West Broadway corridor. Track participation from the Northside community in programs and track relationships regionally and nationally. 2: Juxtaposition Arts will scale our youth art training and employment programs, employ artists and connect artists to college and career pathways. Maintain the number of youth employed annually. Deepen impact of Pathways to College and Careers (PACC): track no. of youth who continue to higher education and career pathways in art and design.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Artists work with officials, partners and residents on neighborhood improvement and policy initiatives. JXTA youth and artists worked on several projects and initiatives that improved and are improving the neighborhood including our own campus, upper Harbor terminal, client projects and policy work through our Tactical Urbanism program. 2: Maintain a smaller number of youth employed annually Deepened the impact of Pathways to College and Careers. We actually reduced the number of youth employed in 2020 due to the pandemic and need for safety through social distancing We did however, begin implementing a wage increase for youth employed and deepened relationships through PACC.
