HOBT created systems for transparency and shared leadership, and implemented programs to adapt to COVID-19 and support decentralized MayDay events. HOBT used audience and artist feedback as well as the MayDay Council's Values and Affirmations statement, which puts forth values and guidelines, to shape HOBT's programming, business model, and operations.
