Improve sustainability through increased operating reserves resulting in community experiencing joy, empathy and self-discovery through theatre. We will measure increased operating reserves through financial systems and measure joy, empathy and self-discovery through utilizing focus groups, anecdotes, quantitative indicators of program and online based survey programs.

Measurable Outcome(s)

The community experienced joy, empathy, and self-discovery through theatre and GREAT sustained healthy operating reserves. Anecdotes and quotes from audiences, volunteers, donors, and the community were used to measure joy, empathy, and self-discovery and analysis of financial reports was used to measure cash reserves and financial sustainability.
