Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Engage over 3,000 audience members through new, full-length, radical productions and Open Studio hours. Collaborate with over 700 professional and community artists, including 200 youth artists. Our evaluation methods include audience tracking and surveys, staff reviews using Appreciative Inquiry, SMART (Specific Measureable Achievable Relevant Time-Bound) goals, monthly Artist Suppers and quarterly Slumber Parties to design and imagine projects, and weekly staff check-ins.

Measurable Outcome(s)

The actual outcome was serving 33,930 audience members through new radical productions, workshops, and events. We collaborated with 1,647 artists and 1,255 youth. Bedlam traveled to 30 unique venues, including community organizations and residences, hosting a total of 118 activities. We have built relationships and collaborations with Lowertown organizations, residents, and businesses in preparation for the opening of Bedlam Lowertown.
