Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Increase the consistent participation of historically underrepresented communities on our Governance, Support, and Advisory Boards. Progress will be measured by tracking the number of members from historically underrepresented communities that participate consistently on our boards through the course of the year.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Zeitgeist's 2019 Demographic survey indicated 20% of board respondents identified as Black, Indigenous, or a person of color (BIPOC). Zeitgeist has begun instituting an annual demographic survey issued to all board and staff members.
