Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

YPC will evaluate their organizational infrastructure and determine requirements for future programming goals. YPC will work with a third-party evaluator to conduct a functional assessment of organizational infrastructure/capacity, research current industry best practices and compare job descriptions and wages with similar staff positions within the region. 2: YPC will provide excellent theater classes for youth, with ambitious curriculum built to teach expert skills and develop gracious artists and leaders. YPC work with a third-party evaluator to devise methods to measure and understand the impact of our classes. We will conduct written surveys and focus groups of program constituents.

Measurable Outcome(s)

YPC has evaluated current industry best practices, job descriptions and wages as they relate to arts organizational infrastructure. YPC staff used online resources to find income data, these included local job listings, Glassdoor, zip recruiter and research completed by Americans for the Arts. YPC also spoke with local arts administrators and advisors at Propel. 2: YPC hired an Education Architect to evaluate classes and create curriculum. YPC surveyed 2019 students to understand what is working/needs fixing. YPC used online surveys to evaluate student/teacher experiences. YPC also used in person evaluations with staff and teachers.
