Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Program experiences that entertain and enlighten audiences in support of our mission to be a voice to all marginalized communities. Solicited and unsolicited feedback from audience (including reaction to programming changes brought in by our new Artistic Director), singers, staff, board and partners; ticket sales; sustained subscriber levels; number of outreach performances. 2: Continued audience growth by leveraging our 30% increase in FY18 single ticket sales with relevant programming and successful sales tactics. Increase in our student and public rush program; marketing to LGBTQA organizations and tracking sales with promo codes; building on our program of subsidized tickets to at risk LGBTQ youth; tracking against our strategic plan; audience feedback.

Measurable Outcome(s)

The Twin Cities Gay Men's Chorus presented programming which gave voice to marginalized communities while entertaining and enlightening. In addition to sustained audiences, the season's programming received overwhelmingly positive audience feedback. TCGMC also created and shared well-received videos of 'Seven Last Words of the Unarmed' telling the story of black men killed by police. 2: The Twin Cities Gay Men's Chorus maintained and exceeded the size of the holiday concert audience as compared to FY19. Increasing the number of tickets for LGBTQ+ service organizations, an increase in accessibility to students and low-income constituents as well as more targeted advertising through social media to reach audiences identified in the strategic plan.
