Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Provide significant opportunities for artists from diverse backgrounds to create new work and present it to the larger community. Pangea will produce new works by playwrights and/or ensembles of color including a festival indigenous artists and will offer arts programming centering artists of color. 2: Cultivate the cultural vitality of local immigrant, Indigenous and people of color communities through artistic and community based programming. Continued growth in artistic and audience participation in our productions and programming, especially significant increase in participation and collaborations from members of Indigenous communities.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Provide significant opportunities for artists from diverse backgrounds to create new work and present it to the larger community. Pangea presented new work throughout the year by twelve artists of diverse backgrounds and made deeper connections with artists new to our theater. 2: Cultivate the cultural vitality of local immigrant, Indigenous and people of color communities through artistic and community based programming. Through our Indigenous Festival and mainstage shows Pangea did cultivate the cultural vitality of stated communities and saw through Q and A and surveys stated outcomes.
