The mission of the Northfield Arts Guild is to inspire our community by developing, supporting, and providing quality, inclusive artistic opportunities.

ACHF Arts Access
The Northfield Arts Guild will expand educational opportunities for teens. The Guild will build on successful teen engagement in our theater classes by expanding teen-focused classes in visual arts and clay by 20% and launch a teen council to give youth the opportunity to self-direct education and special event programming. 2: The Northfield Arts Guild will achieve greater participation and representation of diverse people in our board of directors and its arts programming. We will increase diversity with the addition of two board members who are people of color. The theater program and 411 concert series will increase diversity of performers by 20%; and we will increase diversity of artists in exhibitions to 20%.
The Guild increased educational opportunities for teens. The Guild increased our annual education classes, workshops and program for teens, an under-served population in Northfield. This included teen-focused classes and mixed age offerings where teens could take part in youth or adult offerings. 2: We have made great strides. The Guild is close to achieving 19% diversity in our board with the addition of Fernando Sevilla (fall 2019) and Rita Gomez (summer 2020) and hope to confirm Tefa Wondemagegnehu. Exhibitions reached 20%, and theater/411 will rely on an Equity lens.
