Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Support the creation and presentation of innovative art in the public sphere that engages the public in the important issues of our time. We will choose relevant themes for our programs, document them thoroughly, collect audience and artist data, and assess each project using criteria developed for AoV and Northern Spark. 2: Support planning to effectively manage and strategically identify and apply resources to maximize our impact for artists, funders and Minnesotans. We will propose a new five year strategic plan, which we will reviewed with the board, our program council, core partners, and committed members of the NL community.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Support the creation and presentation of innovative art in the public sphere that engages the public in the important issues of our time. NL supported new works by five emerging artists through our fellowship. Pivoted two commissions to digital within two weeks of state shut down. NL documented projects in photography and videography, and conducted artist and partner surveys. 2: Created a Framework for Community Engagement at Northern Spark with the Program Council. Began a five year strategic plan with board and staff. Stable budget and staff indicates survival of immediate Covid impact. A five page Framework for Community Engagement will be published on NL's website. Improved budget process indicate effective management. Strat plan began but delayed due to Covid.
