Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Merrill will engage the community in planning the next artistic season. Announcing the season is the outcome. A post-mortem evaluation will be conducted by Board and Staff to evaluate strengths and weaknesses in the process, so next year's planning will be improved.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Merrill engaged the community in planning the next artistic season. Covid has delayed announcing the season, but we will be doing that summer and fall. Board and Staff have been working closely on this, since Covid. We did use the surveys to engage our audience in season planning, and chose the season based on their requests. We will be announcing one show per month over the summer and fall.
