Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Minnesotans learn about and more deeply appreciate ballet through the Minnesota Ballet's revitalized education programming for the public. Minnesota Ballet education programs result in greater knowledge and appreciation of ballet as measured by outcome-based evaluation; observation, documented reaction and surveys of participants.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Despite change of artistic directors and loss of activities from Covid-19, Minnesota Ballet raised ballet appreciation through education programming. To assess the outcome of increased appreciation for ballet, the Minnesota Ballet used outcome-based evaluation: documented observation of outreach activities by staff and company dancers, and teacher feedback in print forms and Survey Monkey.
