Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

1. Increase the number of student participants who are able to experience musical education. 2. Increase the number of program offerings that are reflective of the mission and identity of the organization. 3. Provide students and faculty opportunities for artistic growth, community outreach, and professional artistic skills development. Use faculty evaluations and dialogs with students.

Measurable Outcome(s)

1. Achieved increase in overall number of participants and audience members through programming and performances. 2. Achieved increase in number of program offerings by implementing new programs: the American History Band Project, the Young Artist Professional Training Program, and Digital Music Production. 3. Provided professional development for faculty by engaging them in the creation of new programming; provided artistic growth for students through new programming listed above. In addition, brought new participants to the Academy and provided opportunities for engagement with the community. These outcomes were evaluated with the following tools/methods: data tracking through the Academy's registration software Jackrabbit, and faculty and studentsÆ dialogues and evaluations.
