Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Strengthen management and operations to support a thriving artistic community and launch a capital campaign to fund our next phase of development. Evaluation measures: increased staffing, stable systems that support operational efficiency, continued sources of earned income, new initiatives to increase contributed income.

Measurable Outcome(s)

With stable staffing and continuous operations improvement, CAFAC supported more artists and projects, and moved forward on its expansion plan. Performance measures included staff expansion, students/artists served, projects in pipeline, volunteer activity, and financial performance. Additionally, we tracked operational projects that supported fundraising and marketing/outreach efforts.
