Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

CAFAC has increased and strengthened its management and operations infrastructure to support our thriving artistic community and build our reputation. Evaluation measures: increased staff capacity, implementation of systems to build operational efficiency, stable partnerships to support earned income, new initiatives to increase contributions.

Measurable Outcome(s)

With expanded staffing, we strengthened existing and developed new education partnerships, and supported the work of new public and gallery artists. Our board recommended staff expansion in 2019 based on review of 2018 program and financial performance measures including classes run, enrollment, partnership activity, projects launched or completed, and artists served.
