Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Audiences and artists will be viscerally affected by our unique performance style, creating a deep emotional connection between artist and audience. Evaluation tools will assess not just objective and demographic information, but also query for emotional impact factors. We will benchmark artistic quality by being judged in competitions. 2: Men of all ages will engage in a lifetime of singing as valued members of an intergenerational ensemble that performs with passion and excellence. We will track the age distribution of our ensemble and compare it to norms. We will look for continued progress in increasing the numbers of young men who join our community of artists.
