More students, families and community members will have greater access to participate in orchestral music, building an appreciation for the arts. GTCYS will measure the number of need-based scholarships, new student participants, and audience members in our programs and at free concerts. We will also survey families about arts participation. 2: GTCYS students will be transformed musically, personally, and socially through our educational activities and leadership opportunities. GTCYS will collect feedback through biennial student and parent surveys. We will also analyze student retention, audition results, program assessments, and input from stakeholders.
