The Lakeville Area Arts Center promotes cultural enrichment and artistic experiences for the community by providing an environment that fosters creative expression and offers a myriad of artistic and educational opportunities.

The Lakeville Area Arts Center will hire expertise and guide the Advisory Board and City leadership in the creation of a new strategic plan. The primary goal is to produce a completed strategic plan that has been presented and approved by Lakeville City Council.

Measurable Outcome(s)

A new Strategic Plan was completed, guiding staff and board members towards a shared vision for the next five years. Three strategic directions were finalized using input from a diverse group of stakeholders. Individual implementation plans and monthly meetings facilitate continual evaluation, discussion and accountability.
