Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

1. Produce at least one theatrical production per season, preferably in collaboration with another nonprofit entity. 2. Maintain and expand the Local Roots Series, presenting at least seven performances per season and maintaining subsidized ticket charges. 3. Continue to expand the opportunities for visual artists in our community. 4. Continue to use art to help integrate the growing new immigrant community into the life of the community. 5. Continue and expand the number of weekday matinee theater performances, which enable many mobility-impaired patrons an opportunity to enjoy live productions. Committees comprised of board, staff, and community members will review programs activities. We review participation rates, particularly for ticketed events, as an indicator of the desirability of our offerings. We track event reports–both financial and written staff reports–regularly at management meetings, committee meetings, and board meetings. We use participant surveys and partner de-briefings with individual programs.

Measurable Outcome(s)

1. We collaborated with the Pioneer Place Theatre Company to produce "The Full Monty" on the Paramount stage. 2. We presented five Local Roots concerts; the 2012-13 season has been announced and includes six Local Roots concerts. 3. We expanded visual arts opportunity by securing three public art commissions, growing our partnership with the Boys and Girls Club, and creating several educational outreach projects. 4.
