The mission of the Minnesota Ballet, through its professional company and school, is to inspire a love and appreciation for dance, to advance the art of ballet, to increase access to the art form, and to use its resources to benefit the greater community.

The Minnesota Ballet will make well-planned and fullest use of its new and repurposed quarters to provide optimal programing for Minnesotans. The Ballet is fully utilizing new and repurposed quarters to optimize programing as measured by outcome-based evaluation, observation and surveys of participants, documented reaction on social media.
