In 2019, we will add traditional rentals to our shared revenue program, expanding the type of artist that can present. We will track and compare the various programs via -revenue streams -total ticket sales -artist request for space -type of bookings -new patrons/membership -web/social media metrics and interest in events at The Southern. 2: Offering a mix of rental and revenue-shared programs expands our program and artists options, audiences, and ticket cost.
