The mission of The Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra is to present a world-class professional chamber orchestra in the Twin Cities, dedicated to superior performance, artistic innovation, and education for the enrichment of community and world audiences.

To provide wide access to live performances of world-class music in the Twin Cities community. Through diverse programming, low-priced tickets, and a breadth of performance, education, and family activities in accessible venues, the SPCO hopes to serve a broader audience.

The SPCO provided broad access to performances of world-class music while expanding its reach and upholding its commitment to accessibility.
