Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

YTT will have the number of staff required to provide quality productions and excellent customer service. For the arts to thrive in Minnesota we must build sustainable organizations. We will measure the stability of YTT by assessing board, staff and audience experiences and measuring income data for balance. 2: YTT will have grown fundraising activity income by 10%. The more invested community is in building the arts, the more they understand the value of art in our world. We will assess donors and fundraising income for increased involvement.
