Artist and audience surveys completed on the ice demonstrated nearly 80% of audience members agree their ideas of art were changed by the engagement with communal public artwork in unpredictable spaces. 2: Expand White Bear Lake branding as a cultural hub and year round destination by using the arts as a fulcrum to create innovative partnerships. Audience surveys completed on the ice demonstrated that over 75% of visitors were from outside the city. Nearly 8,500 people engaged with the On-Ice Program.
