Appropriation Language
$3,000,000 the second year is from the trust fund to the Metropolitan Council to acquire land within the approved boundaries of the metropolitan regional park system. This appropriation must be matched by an equal amount from a combination of Metropolitan Council and local agency money. This appropriation is available until June 30, 2028, by which time the project must be completed and final products delivered.
