Project Details
Attend a one-week workshop, The Conference on Poetry, at The Frost Place in Franconia, New Hampshire, complete two chapbooks begun in the last decade, attend lectures and small classes, receive individual mentoring from advisor, return to volunteer as tutor for local students.

Self-publish two chapbooks, schedule readings and workshops for English faculty and students at local schools, volunteer as tutor in local schools, join Lake Superior Writers Board for a second term.Solicit evaluations from faculty at local schools, make chapbooks available at poetry readings in Duluth, and apply to Lake Superior Writers to be on Board for 3-year term.

Received much more substantive and constructive feedback than was expected and a deeper awareness of how a poem can be successful.
