All Measurable Impacts and Indicators were met as outlined int he grant application. Requests were sent to a number of Agencies that Evaluate Properties specifically for the possible inclusion on the National Register of Historic Places. Three different consultants responded to those requests and the consultant with the lowest proposal, that included all of the necessary elements needed to complete the project was accepted and offered the project. Even with the restrictions put upon him by the COVID-19 pandemic, he was able to continue his research, gather information and complete a draft of the evaluation/property inventory forms and a report narrative that details the significance of this building to the community, the historical background of both the building and the community surrounding it, and state his opinion as to his recommendation regarding the inclusion of this building on the National Register of Historic Places. His draft was submitted, reviewed by the Minnesota Department of Administration, State Historic Preservation Office, and revisions made within a reasonable amount of time.
