To introduce the art of wood carving to youth of all ages by offering ten scholarships for beginning students to cover instructor fees and carving tools.and accessories.

50 individuals will indicate the woodcarving workshops provided by the grant had a positive impact on their community and that the project was important to them personally. The participants will be polled after the wood carving workshops and their comments will be tabulated.
