Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Theatre LÆHomme Dieu must provide unique artistic and educational opportunities outside of our regular season in order to survive financially as well as creatively. A technical upgrade to the theatre is part of the board of directors operating plan for FY11-13. Goal 1: Develop and implement financial sustainability plan through expanded marketing and fundraising efforts. Goal 2: Utilize facility and grounds for uses beyond traditional season to generate revenue, create visibility and engage the community. Goal 3: Determine facility upgrade needs, set annual maintenance schedule.Theatre LÆHomme Dieu uses evaluation results to assess programming and project impact and to determine areas for improvement, enhancement, or adjustment. The theatre produces an annual report that is shared with the community. Quantitative and qualitative criteria are employed to assess accomplishment.

Measurable Outcome(s)

The response was overwhelmingly positive. 100% of the companies that performed on the Theatre L’Homme Dieu stage this past summer stated that they would return, thanks, at least in part, to the drapery. Several of the comments in the various comment secti
