Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Over 3200 Minnesotans of diverse age cultural background and interest areas will participate in hands-on literary learning and mentorship opportunities. More than 70% of participants in learning and mentorship programs will report that they gained confidence and knowledge of writing as a result of their participation. Artists honoraria will make up at least 20% or more of the Loft’s overall expenses. The Loft will provide honoraria to more than 200 Minnesota writers.
