Institutional Support

Build upon and expand existing programs with a focus on supporting Franconia's mission-to foster an inspiring environment for artists to expand their skills and promote the public education of three-dimensional art. This includes the expansion of our education and at risk youth programming. To maintain strong budgeting, financial reporting, and oversight while using financial information to help guide programming decisions. Assess programming options that help to develop winter programming including the creation of a satellite exhibition and community space to expand our programming and expand community 3-D educational programming. Establish more active partnerships with the St. Croix River Valley community and continues to represent Minnesota through national and international relationships with artists and arts organizations. Franconia is an effective educational institution. Our community benefits from their experiences at Franconia creating meaningful relationships throughout the region.
