Create a plan for streamlining the Ritz Theater production and front-of-house processes to provide our partners with professional service and the community with high caliber programming. Develop experiential educational performance and community event programming centered around the "Gen Ritz" program to grow talent appreciation and audiences for upcoming generations of dance and cultural experiences. Ballet of the Dolls’ programming at the Ritz will contribute to the economic vitality of the neighborhood and the region providing critical support for local businesses by serving as a destination for people from all over the region.
