Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Continue and build The Great Summer Festival into a series of three programs each to be performed at Lake Phalen in Saint Paul and at Lake Harriet in Minneapolis. Increase the total number of public performances to at least 75. Continue to operate the organization in a fiscally conservative and careful manner and to end the year with a positive cash balance. Raise the annual budget to support 75+ concerts and increase the manager’s salary. Increase the number of schools visited via Music in the Schools to 25. Increase the number of audience participants from the area’s communities of color. Visit at least 2 communities outside the metro area and in at least one of them perform both educational and concert services. Assess and evaluate all Music in the Schools partnerships and performances. Assess and evaluate two Winter Concert Series programs.
