Targets were exceeded because we hired an exceptionally qualified historical researcher and because two respected history professors from different Winona universities agreed to be our peer reviewers. Volunteer Co-Project Managers Thomas "Tim" Breza and Rose Kubiatowicz, and Project Director Father Paul Breza assisted Nicole during her research, were dedicated to the project and performed their duties as listed in the grant.
