Mid West Music Fest will raise the quality, type, and number of arts opportunities in our region on the weekend of April 28-30, 2016. We will increase the amount of venues hosting artists for performance on April 28-30, 2016. We will measure through artists programmed for events, zip codes of attendees, and surveys - the impact this weekend event has on the quality, type and number of arts opportunities available in Winona, Minnesota.

Professional Twin Cities artists were brought to town. Venue numbers remained content not grown by order of Board.
