Franciscan Sisters History Book
To hire qualified professionals to publish a book on the history of the Franciscan Sisters of Little Falls, 1950-present.
$4,500,000 the first year and $6,500,000 the second year are for history programs and projects operated or conducted by or through local, county, regional, or other historical or cultural organizations or for activities to preserve significant historic and cultural resources. Funds are to be distributed through a competitive grant process. The Minnesota Historical Society must administer these funds using established grant mechanisms, with assistance from the advisory committee created under Laws 2009, chapter 172, article 4, section 2, subdivision 4, paragraph (b), item (ii).

Measurable Outcomes
1. 200 copies of the book received and inspected.
2. Held book signing and reception February 22 (two others are scheduled.)
3. Notice of the books publication sent to key parties
4. Article in the local newspaper; more interviews are scheduled.
5. Copies of the book sent to a number of religious communities and Catholic Universities, the Morrison County Historical Society and the Minnesota Historical Society as well.
6. People are reading and loving the book!
