Residents learn new arts skills and techniques; Residents gain awareness and appreciation for artistic disciplines and medium; Artists build their capacity through professional development. 60 students under 18 participated in this program all of June and July. Well over 1000 audience members attended final performances. Feedback was collected via email from parents.
