Hosted 9/23/2023 sister-city cultural celebration and 5/18/2024 Hmong Plaza opening, showcasing over 100 youth and adult Chinese, Hmong, Dakota and Korean cultural performers. The 4-language poetry contest received 49 youth and adult submissions. The Chin
