The proposed outcome was achieved successfully at the point other African based arts company are inspired to replicate a similar program. Our artists as well as our participants higher benefit from learning from each other and use the DVD tutorial as a platform to create more program to engage youth of all ages in the community in Minnesota. We used all the evaluation Plan and we are finding them very helpful to track our progress and to help us continuing to provide more arts programing to all communities. The only issue we had was that some of our artists and their families had been quarantine because of Covid-19 ingestion and that delayed a lot our filming and editing process. In addition we had to change videographer because he became unavailable. Overall this was an amazing experience for all and we were very grateful that we received the grant and that we were able to share the first Afoutayi Haitian dance and song tutorial to Minnesotan.
