The Exhibit Strategic Plan for reimagining the permanent exhibits will be a vital tool moving forward. It will be a road map for a complex process. It is a working document that will be a guide, yet recommendation priories and outlined phases are flexible to opportunities and unforeseen circumstances along the way. Future generations of visitors and locals have a county historical society that continues to look forward and better itself. The document's contents will help the organization to reach wider audiences and make deeper connections with current regulars through the process of bettering their exhibits.

$2,500,000 each year is for history partnerships involving multiple organizations, which may include the Minnesota Historical Society, to preserve and enhance access to Minnesota's history and cultural heritage in all regions of the state.
