ACHF Arts Access
“Minnesota’s Arts Sector grows in reach and impact through programs and strategies that improve the health and operations of regional arts organizations.” By replacing tables and chairs, there will be safe and secure tables and chairs for patrons and artists to use, which enhances their art experience. It will be easier, quicker and safer for staff and artists to set up the event space. It will also increase the use of space as the new items take up less room. By replacing the outdated phone system, patrons, artists and staff will see in increase in ease of use for the phone system. By upgrading computers and software, the staff will be able to better serve the patrons in ordering tickets and reserving seats. Staff will be better able to create and develop contracts, budgets and other business-related activities when the computers are not slow and outdated. For the new tables and chairs, feedback will be solicited on ease of use, level of comfort and timeliness of set up/take down. For the new phone system, feedback will be solicited on functionality of phones. We should see an increase in volunteers willing to answer the phones and return calls. For computers and software, staff will report on ease of use and if it has sped up the process.
