Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Our primary objective is to equip Memorial Auditorium with modern (and safe) technology that attracts performing artists of the highest caliber to our stage while providing the best performing arts experience for the youth in our community. Safety and efficiency are key project goals as well, as our stage lighting has not been upgraded since the original remodel of the facility over 23 years ago. New lighting will be implemented in phases over the next several years as funds are available to replace all six stage lights with modern LED technology that will carry us well into the future. Stage lighting plays a key role in meeting the tech requirements of the performers, allowing DBAA to offer robust seasons year after year. The direct measurement is increased ticket sales based on the high quality performances offered.
