The teaching resources I will create with this funding will benefit the learners by giving them easy access to the information learned in class, making it much more possible for them to create work on their own. With teaching being the primary focus of my work, I strive to do all I can to improve that practice by finding ways to make it more impactful beyond the time frame of class. I have created a rough draft plan for the willow basketry booklet in order to determine what it will take to put this together in the format I would like. For some perspective- the willow basketry instructions will be an estimated 34 pages (folded in half, booklet style) of photos and step by step description of the project, and tools and other materials resources. I currently have the needed software and appropriate camera to complete this project. The creation of the how-to booklets by a set deadline will be the primary measure of success. In the past, students regularly ask for some sort of step by step guide to accompany the class, so this project will result in the satisfaction of that need.
